The North Tower at Continuum South Beach was the second of two luxury residential towers to be constructed on the sprawling, 12 acre Continuum property, a complete resort-style complex that offers a vast and enticing array of amenities to its residents at the tip of South Beach. Two huge resort style pools, a lap pool, an outdoor poolside restaurant called The Patio Club, three Har-Tru tennis courts, a three-story fitness center, and a large spa are really only the tip of the iceberg at Continuum. However, Continuum’s most spectacular amenity is undoubtedly the 1,000 linear feet of white sand beaches at the property’s doorstep.

The Continuum’s fully equipped, world class fitness center and spa complex, called The Sporting Club, could rival any high-end wellness destination, with a wide selection of classes, a eucalyptus steam room, a redwood sauna, a heated whirlpool, a cold plunge, a relaxation lounge, and a rooftop smoothie bar adjacent to the aforementioned lap pool.

Designed by the architecture firm of Sieger Suarez, the 37 story north tower was completed in 2008, and offers 203 residences, consisting of studios to four bedroom units, along with two penthouses. Townhouses are also available, and poolside cabanas can be purchased by unit owners.

From the grand arrival court with its view out onto the ocean, residents enter a soaring, two story lobby. Here you’ll find a full service concierge, 24 hour valet, and 24 hour security. Elevators open onto private and semi-private elevator foyers for each unit. The residences offer ten-foot-high ceilings, eight-foot solid core doors, expansive balconies, and sublime views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, Port Miami, and the Miami skyline.

The Continuum South Beach is located in a prime and spectacular spot in the South of FIfth neighborhood of South Beach. From here, the celebrated beach walk can take you from the neighboring South Pointe Park, along an uninterrupted oceanfront promenade northwards to its terminus in Bal Harbour. Restaurants within a few blocks of home present some of the most spectacular dining options available in South Florida, including famous spots such as Prime 112 and Joe’s Stone Crab, or lesser known but no less memorable gems such as Lilikoi, an organic Hawaiian eatery.
